How do I hang on to some of my old deploys?

Right now, whenever a new deployment is built, the old on(s) are deleted. But for a rapid rollback I'd like to keep a few old ones around. How can I do that?

You can see in screenshot all previous deployments say "removed"

Railway only retains Deployments for 2 weeks. https://docs.railway.com/reference/deployments
In some cases you may see these retained for longer be we do not guarantee that these will be retained forever.
