How do I move to the free tier

I’m working on my first project and want to put off moving to the paid tier for another 2-3 months until I have finished developing it. My trial ends today. How do I move to the free tier? This month I used less than $1 of resources.

You can go to -> scroll down -> Downgrade to Free

Under https://railway.com/workspace/billing can you see your current plan. And cancel it if you wish

On the plans page there is no downgrade button. I want to keep the service running so just bought a hobby pack. But it would be nice to downgrade.
