Hi I used to have a free hobby plan with $5 credits. Once I finished my credits, I was enrolled in the free plan which effectively wiped off my entire database and all related tables. Is there any way to get those schemas (and possibly DDL) back?

Hello,
Please see our docs on this topic -

Just because you cannot access your database while it's offline doesn't mean the data was wiped.
Best,
Brody

Hi there, I used to have free credits and now once my free credits are exhausted, my old database seems to have been wiped off. I cant seem to see anywhere on the documentation how making a payment would restore my old work. Is there any chance you could help me over a phone call?

Im sorry but we do not offer support over phone for free users at this time.
As the doc outlines, you need to redeploy the database.
