For example with $0.000231 / GB / Minute,
if my server uses 5 gigabytes of ram, will i be charged 5GB * $0.000231 per minute for the rest of my server's lifespan?

Or does '$0.000231 / GB / Minute' just mean i get charged minutely for all of the gigabytes used in the past minute?
