I've upgraded to PRO at the begining of the month, but the usage for the discount is 80% and Im now on the 57% while all my services even volumes runs on the METAL servers… How is that calculated? I dont want to pay +20$ just like that

the metal usage is a very simple percentage calculation. It takes into account your usage on metal and usage on non-metal. If your usage on metal this month is >80% of your total usage, you are eligible for the discount

This is usage over time for this month, so you can't just swap your services over to metal one day before your billing period ends and expect to see the discount

I want to add that I had the same problem last month as I updated from the HOBBY to PRO and had to pay in total 38,53$ (29,88$ PRO + 8,65$ HOBBY) so I requested an refund and got back the 29,88$ but then all my services were stopped... So I again had to activate PRO and was prompted to pay 20$ again...
I dont want to pay for a service that is said to cost up to 20$ (when my usage is actually lower) like 2 times more

I have a similiar problem with the new pricing (pro account). I'm using metal only and was eglible yesterday for the new pricing (metal usage was way above 80%), but today it started to say "Ineligible" again and metal usage dropped to "78%". Something seems to be wrong with the calculations.

Maybe more a feature request, but it would be helpful to have a list of all non metal deployments on the usage page. At the moment I have to click through the various projects / services and have to check one-by-one if metal is applied properly.

Still have 58%... how is that possible since 1st of April Im on the PRO again and all my services are on METAL

The issue should be resolved in your next billing cycle. It looks like the old seat costs were being applied up front to your metal discount. We should have a way to fix that in the product soon.
Until then I've manually applied a fix to your account to ensure that those costs aren't included for you. I confirmed that all your services are on Metal.
Also, hear you on being able to see all your metal services in one space. Soon
we'll have all services running on Metal and this won't be a concern. Thanks for bringing this issue up!

I just want to assure, as you've manually applied the fix to my account. I dont see the "fix" visually, but I hope the receipt will respect the "fix"
