How long are database backups supposed to take?

I think my previous issue for POST requests is from the database 🤔 How long should this backup take? I ask because I've never used this backup button, I normally do it with an S3 backup. My database is 8mb

update: They seem to be ready, but one got stuck on < 1mb but still lets me click on restore
