that depends on if you have a volume and how much data you have on the volume, could be anywhere from a minute to half an hour.

its already 34 minutes and it hasnt completed….

are you migrating a service with a volume? if so, how much data is in the volume?

there was 300mb but we stoped it now, cleared the volume and now trying to change the region again
