I believe Railway's verification step is instant, or at the very least I've never seen or heard of it taking longer than just initial sign up. I signed up like 3 years ago so idk if that has changed since though

From what I understand, you sign up with GitHub and assuming your GitHub isn't new or inactive (and isn't seen as suspicious otherwise), you'll instantly be able to use the trial/free tier
