Could you try changing your region to non-metal beta?

To answer your question we don't "rotate" IPs per se. We have a block of addresses and when you enable that, you get assigned one, so those outbound IPs are shared (albeit with a much smaller pool of users because you're on a dedicated block that only Pro users can use)

So they are still shared tho, okay, i think for now i'll stick to it as is and do a workaround on my end i rather have the low latency of california, thank you!
