How to access the file from History of railway deployed

I have deployed the metabase docker image on the railway but suddenly my container is restarted now I can see the history log of previous data but I cannot see the file.

How I can access the files I need only one file it's Important

Sorry Railway does not provide a way to access files from the container, especially files from past deployments.
