How to allow a git hub contributor to trigger deployment on push without approval from the dasboard owner?

I manage a git repository and there are other contributors. I would like that when they push to a branch, i don't have to manually approve the deployment each time.
What are my options to achieve this?

Hey Konstant,

You can direct the team member to create a Railway account and add them to your team.
