How to allow railway Service connect to SMTP

Hi.

I have a simple socket connection test. However in this service I can not connect to SMTP from within a railway service. Is there some config I need to enable?

All the correct environment variables are there and get used correctly.

SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above.
