We were testing alerts on cpu and other thresholds which worked but after the test no matter what we tried the alerts on each container and metrics tab aren't going away. Any clue on how to reset this?

Based on the screenshot, your notifications look correctly marked as read here (there's no alert number on the top of the bell, and all the notifications have checkmarks). Was there a different behavior you were expecting?

These notification when clicked on the container and on the canvas still are clearing up it has been several days. How to clear these?

Oh I see now! Thank you for reporting this, this is likely a bug with a new feature we introduced. Really sorry about that as I know this is annoying. I'm making a ticket to see if we can get that fixed.
Right now Railway is on holiday so our usual response time might be delayed, but just know we're taking a look at it!
