I am trying to connect my custom domain to my server.I had updated the value and ip address in DNS but it still not updated in relway.com server.Please help me in that

IP addresses? There shouldn't be any IP addresses involved in configuring a custom domain, only a CNAME with a domain-value

That's not quite right, what domain name service is that? My theory is that it doesn't natively support root level CNAMEs and so it defaulted over to using an A record instead, which doesn't work with Railway

Yea GoDaddy doesn't support root level CNAMEs, you'll want to use Cloudflare as a domain name service instead since Cloudflare does support root level CNAMEs, I have a full guide on that here: https://station.railway.com/questions/adding-a-hostinger-domain-custom-domain-180d556a#618w
