How to deploy a template?

I'm trying to deploy a template for React+Vite and the button I see the save config.
Nothing can be done and the box for this deployment is tagged as "Ready to deploy".
What am I missing here?

I was using Arc Browser and the deploy buttons is not shown all the time.
Using chrome working.
