hi, i need to deploy a secrets.toml file for my streamlit app but i can't find any documentation for inserting this file or how the equivalent env vars would look like, and i've tried a lot of env var variation with no success

i don't think inserting to the container via https://station.railway.com/questions/secrets-toml-when-deploying-streamlit-ap-c10ab262 is a good idea either since it presumably gets wiped upon any deployment update.
