it's supposed to go away when the new deployment comes online, is it still there?

Make sure you have no failed deployments past your most recent successful deployment, other than that

if you have, try checking activity alerts (bell icon, top right) and finding the warning, you can locate the associated deployment by clicking on it and remove it

I removed all the failed builds but it still shows that icon😭

all 3 service have the same warning, all have failed build removed

the agent says it will go away after a success redeploy, but still stays after redeploy
