I added the custom domain and already linked it with my domain. It's has been few hours but it still "Issuing TLS certificate " state

If setup properly it should only take a few minutes, please attach some screenshots of your public networking section of the service settings and your DNS settings.

oh i think i found the problem. I chose the incorrect DNS type

It needs to be a CNAME, you would need to use Cloudflare's nameservers -

Remove the domain from Railway and your current DNS settings.
Setup your domain to use Cloudflare's nameservers - https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/full-setup/setup/
Then you can add the domain back to your service, and then the CNAME to cloudflare.
