Hey everyone. This is probably a stupid question, I'm new to railway and somehow I cannot find the toggle to enable serverless / scale to zero anywhere on my project page.

The only guide online (a YouTube link) is outdated, the official railway documentation is all well and good but they don't actually say how it can be enabled.
