I used this template to deploy a EMQX on railway https://railway.com/deploy/KOG0Z4

inside the EMQX dashboard, the SSL port is turned on. See attached. on the public networking, i can see that the TCP port is exposed via a proxy port. I want to expose the SSL 8883 port as well. how do i do that? I want to send MQTT signals to the SSL port instead.

Right now the standard TCP port is not what i want to use.
