I was happy with the service so far, but when it came to reaching out to get some help, I feel like I'm mostly lost. My projects got paused because of some offline project consuming charges (could be a bug on their end?) and now all my projects are down and gives a your connection is not private message, and when I want to reach out to Railway help/chat but I couldn't find a way to reach them. Anyone knows how to get help from them other than posting on these channels?

I'm glad to hear you've had a good experience with Railway so far apart from support
as for why your projects might've gone offline, it's important to note that while most Railway resource consumption can be "turned off" by removing a deployment, disk is still consumed regardless. (This is because persistent storage needs to persist even if your deployment is offline). My guess is you likely had a volume that kept consuming storage in the background
the "connection not private" error is puzzling though, unless this is an unrelated error, could you possibly share the domain in question?

on hobby plan, you're only guarenteed community support, that's what these channels are. Since its holidays, not many people are able to help in help channels right now
