I have a question regarding project ownership and billing in Railway.
I’ve developed and deployed a backend project that is now ready to be handed over to a client. The project currently exists in my Hobby workspace, and I am the one paying for it at the moment.
I’d like to understand the correct way to transfer responsibility and billing:
Is it enough to add the client to the project and transfer project ownership so they are billed instead of me?
Or does the project need to be transferred into the client’s workspace?
In general, who is responsible for payment: the project owner or the workspace owner?
Sorry if this is a basic question — I couldn’t find a clear answer in the documentation and just want to make sure I do this correctly.

Hey, the billing is aggregated per workspace, so the best approach would be to transfer your project to your client's workspace. Also, ensure that the workspace has a Pro Plan if the project is monetized.
