I have a question regarding project ownership and billing in Railway.

I’ve developed and deployed a backend project that is now ready to be handed over to a client. The project currently exists in my Hobby workspace, and I am the one paying for it at the moment.

I’d like to understand the correct way to transfer responsibility and billing:

• Is it enough to add the client to the project and transfer project ownership so they are billed instead of me?

• Or does the project need to be transferred into the client’s workspace?

• In general, who is responsible for payment: the project owner or the workspace owner?

Sorry if this is a basic question — I couldn’t find a clear answer in the documentation and just want to make sure I do this correctly.
