How to pause and start deployment

I'm new to railways, created a deployment that keeps on increasing bill without me running anything. the major part of the bill is memory usage. how to pause the deployment when actually not using it without incurring any charge ..?

Railway doesnt have a way to "pause" a deployment. It looks a bit scary, but remove deployment just stops it. Same functionality as "pause"
