How to remove / delete an environment

I've been testing cloning environments between Production and Staging and using scripts to populate staging DBs etc. Now I have a few environments in a project that I dont need.
I can't find a way to delete the un-used environments.

Is there something I'm missing? How do you remove an environment?

yes, you would need to be an admin
