Hello,
My Railway free trial has expired, and my service is now offline.
I need to retrieve a SQLite database stored on a persistent volume before migrating my application to local hosting.
The volume is still visible in the dashboard, but I cannot access its files.
I tried using railway ssh, but the connection failed with:
ssh: connect to host ssh.railway.com port 22: Operation timed out
There are no backups available.
Is there a way to download the database from the volume without upgrading to a paid plan?
If direct access is not possible, could a Railway team member help me recover my data?

We're not able to open the volume's files or export the database on your behalf while the trial is expired, and SSH can't connect because no deployment is running.
You can get access back without a paid plan by switching to the Free plan from your workspace plans page and then redeploying the service. Once that deployment is up and running, you can copy the SQLite file off the volume yourself.
