how to set default region?

Hey I want to set default region to re-used across my deployments really tired to move things around after deployment. I remember it was possible couple of months ago but can't find it in the settings can someone help?

I don't know if it still works after the updates made on the dashboard but there's CTRL + K and then update preferred region
