How to set up backend variables with npx command? It succeeded sometimes, but sometimes not

I tried to use npx command to connect Railway to set up variables, but only 1 out of 5 succeeded the other 4 failed, and then repeated few times no success.

Can you please tell me in more details how to use npx command? (I did not see any output for each set variable command, no confirmation no error out)

You should be using the variables panel in service configurations to set environment variables, not through npx.
