Either I'm having a senior moment (which very well is the case), or this isn't straightforward. I've gone to my dashboard and my account menu and I don't see where/how to do this. The closest thing I've seen is on billing.stripe.com

glad you found it, in your opinion how could we make where to go to upgrade more obvious?

when I open my profile menu, it tells me HOBBY. I thought that if I clicked on it, it would take me to something like this: https://railway.com/account/plans
