How to wakeup Support Team or is Railway a fly by night operation?

Can anybody offer a way to wakeup the Railway Support team? I am stuck here for over a week and no response. Hate to move away to some other vendor but want to give them every chance possible.

o Are you happy with Railway Support?

o Have you ever had a good experience with support
o Where do you go to Fix the issues that will require support or assistance on the backend?

o Which document has the instruction for connecting Mongo to you application server

o Is this a fly by night operation?

As outlined in our docs on support, we are unable to provide support for application-level issues.

Thankfully, we have a active community supported by a bounty system. Your original thread regarding your mongo issues was turned into a bounty, and has received numerous community contributions, the last few of which you did not answer to.

Upon reading your original thread, it looks like you were expecting railway to come back to you with more answers. However, since your thread was turned into a bounty, we no longer saw it active in our support queue.

After running some diagnostics in your project, I can confirm there are no issues on railway's side when it comes to private networking communication. Using the data panel on the dashboard works, indicating the public networking is working as intended.

Furthermore, I was able to establish a mongodb connection from your web app's container, over the private network, confirming your database can be reached from your container.

This likely remains an issue with your mongo client's configuration, which the community can likely help you with if you're able to share more details.

As a last note, I've closed out your other threads regarding this issue.

In the future, please refrain from spamming us with new threads, as this further increases support load, and does not give your thread more priority.
