I accidentally deleted my account because I didn't know how to set a spending limit, and I was having payment issues. I kindly request that you restore this account so I can make my payment and set a limit.

Your account still exists and has not been deleted. Your workspace is currently in an inactive trial state with a $5.00 credit balance and no billing history on record. You can log in at railway.com and configure your payment method and spending limit from your workspace billing settings.

This was important to me. I'm disappointed. I thought it would be possible to restore it if your site was running with redundancy. It's a huge disappointment for me because a lot of effort went into it. And I had a balance I owed $50 for. Is it impossible to restore even that? I want it back with the entire configuration!

We understand this is frustrating, but as mentioned, when you requested your account be deleted, we processed that request and all associated data (services, databases, configurations) was permanently removed. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. You do have a new workspace available that you can use to start fresh.
