Hey, can you elaborate on the files and code part? You will need a persistent volume to persist file data across deployments.

I added an env variable and it re-deployed, for some reason my files and code is gone.. really need to back this up again..

Explain, what do you mean, did you add the env variables to the Railway Variable website part?
