I bought the Hobby plan, as it states that I have access to 8 CPUs, 8 GB of RAM, and 100 GB of shared disk. However, when I opened the project's usage dashboard, I was surprised to find that the costs are being calculated based on the project's resource consumption, not the $5 per month as stated in the plan!

Hello,
Railway charges for resources used as stated on the pricing page.
The $5 is a subscription fee.
If we charged $5 for 8 vCPU and 8 GB of RAM, we would go bankrupt in a few days.
