I am not seeing CPU/MEMORY Usage in observability

Hi I am not seeing CPU and memory usage in my observability. whats the issue here? when i go to the page it just says:

No data available

We do not have any data for the selected service/metric combo in the active environment.

Please advise!

Railway only shows CPU and memory metrics for services that are actively running. If the container fails to start, exits immediately, or hasn’t been running long enough, observability will show “No data available.” Ensure the service is running continuously in the selected environment and allow a few minutes for metrics to populate.
