This is the second time I tried to deploy this. The first was in 20+ minutes before it was canceled and retried. My second is 40+ minutes and the outage they say is for the EU im not in the EU

It looks like it is waiting for your commands to complete, at least when I am viewing this, that is what is going on, and you are also running 'pnpm install' twice.
