Your billing history shows three separate $5 Hobby plan charges created within seconds of each other on June 28, which appear to be duplicate subscription creation attempts. You can request a refund for the duplicate charges from Workspace Settings > Billing under Billing History. Regarding the 404 error, your workspace is active and your services are still running. Try navigating from your dashboard rather than the URL you were using, as the link you had may point to a project or page that no longer exists.

Hello Railway Support,

Thank you for confirming that my billing history shows three separate $5 Hobby plan charges created within seconds of each other on June 28, and that they appear to be duplicate subscription creation attempts.

Since I would like to keep my current Hobby subscription active and avoid any interruption to my running services, I would prefer not to request a refund through the refund form if that could cancel my subscription.

Could you please apply the two duplicate $5 payments as account credit toward my next billing months instead?

My understanding is that the Hobby plan is billed monthly, so those two duplicate payments could cover or offset the next two monthly billing cycles, if possible.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Railway Support,

Thank you for your response.

I checked my Railway dashboard and I can see several projects in my workspace. However, the only project I have been actively using is secure-kindness, which currently shows 1/1 service online.

I do not understand how the other projects appeared suddenly, and I am not sure whether they were created as part of the duplicate subscription/payment attempts on June 28. I also do not know how to safely remove them without affecting my active project.

Could you please help me confirm which projects are safe to delete and guide me on how to remove the unused ones? I want to make sure that secure-kindness remains active and that my running service is not interrupted.

Also, instead of requesting a refund through the refund form, I would prefer to have the two duplicate $5 payments applied as account credit toward my next billing months, if possible.

Thank you for your help.

I have attached a screenshot showing the projects in my dashboard and the only one I recognize/use is circled in red.

I have refunded the two duplicate charges.

As for those projects, our records show you created them, so they are safe to delete as long as you no longer need them.
