This is not the first time I've paid $5 and they've removed it but I don't get a subscription in return.
I am attaching all the receipts below.

Your two most recent payment attempts on May 19 were not completed - both were canceled and the corresponding invoices were voided, so no charge was finalized. Any pending holds you see on your bank statement should be released by your bank within a few business days. Your subscription is currently inactive. To resubscribe, please visit your workspace billing settings and ensure your payment method is valid and that you complete any authentication steps (such as 3D Secure) your bank may require during checkout.

We can see the $5 charge on your bank statement, but on our end the payment was not finalized - it was canceled before it could be captured by our payment processor. The charge you see is a pending authorization hold that your bank will release automatically, typically within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
To activate the Hobby plan, please try subscribing again from your workspace plans page: https://railway.com/workspace/plans. Make sure to complete any verification steps (like 3D Secure) your bank may prompt during checkout.
