I haven't been able to access my dashboard for weeks now, I keep getting this site can't be reached error from my browser

It's likely your ISP blocking requests, could you try using a VPN to connect to Railway?

if you're from Nigeria, Nigeria ISPs are blocking Vercel, Railway's dashboard is hosted on Vercel, Railway is looking into their options here, but there honestly not much that can be done by Railway

Yeah, am from Nigeria, thanks for the responses, I tried accessing it with a VPN and it worked
