In all cases, you can redeploy your services once the underlying issue is resolved, this can be done from the Removed deployment's 3-dot menu.

@Gustavo Vera - the project does not belong to you, you are just a member, the project owner will need to pay their unpaid invoice
In any case, can I migrate everything I have so that the project belongs to me?
