I can't access the railway app from certain places

When I was in Delhi, I was able to access the project, but when I'm trying to access it from other states like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, I can't.

Error: Could not resolve host: agora-token-service-production-23b9.up.railway.app

This would unfortunately not be something Railway can help with, this would likely be due to a firewall you are behind.
