I can't add a project

I just bought a hobby plan, but why when I want to use the service, namely adding a project from GitHub, a notification message appears
"Error
Hobby deployments have been temporarily paused"

This issue is due to the current outage.

There is currently no estimated time for resolution, but it is expected to be resolved soon. Your existing deployments are not affected.
