I just purchased the hobby plan but I can't add any services to the desktop because it says it's paused and not deploying.

Its a scam they are running right now, they aren't even deploying PRO accounts. So basically, they just scammed us to upgrade to hobby and not deploy any of our stuff.

A fix was released and the backlog has been worked through. Deployments should be functioning normally now. Your Hobby plan is active and you can create new projects and deploy services.
