I can't create a DB on Railway Metal

I'm trying to move all my services to Railway Metal. We are just 2 developers. And the pro of Railway is its ease of use and speed for our services.

We have a pro plan, but trying to switch to Railway Metal turned out quite badly for us financially. We initially moved our server from NodeJS to Railway Metal. No issues.

But when we transferred our database, everything went very wrong very quickly.

Now we have to pay $40 for our Pro plan, plus $20 from Railway Metal Pro plan. And all because our DB could not move to Railway Metal.

I tried to create a new one, but the default zone selects a non-metal zone. And when I try to change it says I can't migrate volumes between normal and metal zones

you can change the default region by pressing ctrl+k and finding the option Default Region, future deploys will then immediately start on that region

Volume migrations from GCP to metal is not available yet, but it's coming soon
