I can't create new services

I can't create any new services. The UI seems to be unresponsive. It freezes with a message "Applying n changes". I tried it couple of times. The only thing I can do is delete a service and create another one. But I get stuck again and again after creating a service. Please help slightly_smiling_face emoji

Hi, I am looking at your account now. I can't see any project or services. The project linked returns a 404. Did you delete everything?
