I'm hosting a discord bot on Railway and today, my bot doesn't respond. I keep getting "The application did not respond"
I tried to redeploy on Railway, but I keep getting errors. The deployment ID is 1dd93aa1-2c88-4a3f-ae08-b08d14ee77d9

There are no errors within the build logs. The deploy log is empty as it hasn't deployed.

Yes, it's stuck on "Create Container" every time I redeploy. I ran the diagnosis and sought help from the agent, and it's telling me that it's an infrastructure issue:
This is an infrastructure issue (not a code/config problem)

Both failed at CREATE_CONTAINER stage despite successful builds
Region: us-west2
Last successful deploy was June 4th with identical configa month ago
It's showing that my bot is active from the deployment 5 days ago, but when I run my bot in discord I am getting the error message "The application did not respond". I tried to add/delete some non-intrusive code but ran into deployment issues both times.

Since the AI diagnosis has identified that "This deployment is failing due to a platform infrastructure issue", can Railway please look into this issue?
