I can't get info from my page

Hello

I have been working in a sign up page but i can't get any info from it and its connection yo MYSQL database is good and everything is fine with no errors but everytime i try to sign up in my page i can't get the information i just wrote

And i even tried using every AI possible to help me and read my code but it doesn't help

Any one who knows?

Is your sign up information not being saved to the database? If so, can you share your sign up form code, and how you're sending the data to the database?

Yes every time i try to send the data the data doesn't get saved in my database and i don't see it anywhere

But how do i share my code ?
