Hi there, the Free plan allows only 1 volume per project, and PostgreSQL requires a volume. If your project already has a volume in use (even from another service or a previous attempt), you won't be able to add a Postgres database to the same project.

You can check for existing volumes in your project settings. To work around this, you could either remove the existing volume or create the Postgres service in a separate project.
