Hi, I live in Brazil and would like to sign up for the $5 plan, but when I fill in my card details it says I have no balance but I have money in the account. I would like you to help me please. And I would like to know if it is possible to sign up for the plan with a debit card? Since I do not have a credit card. (My card is a C6 Bank)

Hello,

We do not accept debit cards or prepay cards at this time. We only accept regular credit cards.
