I cannot access either Railway API or CLI with API Token

In CLI (4.10.0), I try to run railway whoami (or link, run) while setting RAILWAY_API_TOKEN=<personal-account-token> and it returns Unauthorized

In GraphQL API, it returns Not Authorized in some queries with the code INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR. By the way, I can see that it's counting my rate limit properly.
