I cannot access either Railway API or CLI with API Token

Question

In CLI (4.10.0), I try to run `railway whoami (or link, run)` while setting RAILWAY\_API\_TOKEN=<personal-account-token> and it returns `Unauthorized`  
  
In GraphQL API, it returns `Not Authorized` in some queries with the code `INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR`. By the way, I can see that it's counting my rate limit properly.
