I want to add a second memeber(admin/Deployer .etc) into my pro account. It says it added and never did. Member never notified too.

- Invite from the workspace, not the project
Open railway.com while logged into the Pro workspace (left sidebar).
Click the gear next to the workspace name or go to railway.com/workspace/people.
Open People.
Invite the person by the email on their Railway account, and pick Admin, Member, or Deployer.
Also, avoid using Project → Settings → Members if you want them as Admin/Deployer. That is a separate, project-only invite. It can look “added” while they still have no workspace.
Invitee does not need their own Pro plan. Extra seats are not billed.
Another validation you might want to do, is to confirm if they sign in with GitHub, use the primary email on that GitHub account. A work alias, plus-address, or a second Gmail will create a pending invite that never attaches.

Make sure you invite the correct email connected to the second Railway account so it will get the invitation link on their inbox (Try check another folder if it's not in the inbox)
