Hi,
I upgraded my paused account to hobby plan but when I tried to start postgresql DB. I cannot start properly. I found some solution but i can't even connect to DB.

Is the databases deployment green? and would you mind providing a project ID and letting us know where you are located geographically?

Yes. it's green and says active.

There are no errors in those logs, Please try connecting to your database again.
